The Responsible Manager’s Journal welcomes original works in the various disciplines of management sciences and management, and which are aimed at a readership composed teachers and researchers from universities and institutions, managers and business leaders, management specialists, students and learners from all training cycles combined, and public and parapublic organizations.
This journal favors publications designed according to a scientific approach, giving an important place to managerial, relevant, up-to-date and accessible recommendations on the social responsibility of companies and organizations. It will address fundamental and theoretical questions related to management sciences and will especially report the results of the research work as well as the managerial implications that result from them.
