ESAA, much more than a school…
The Ecole Supérieure Algérienne des Affaires is an Algerian public institution, established on 13 July 2004, as part of a large-scale intergovernmental cooperation project in higher education.
ESAA strives to uphold Excellence by relying on international values and standards to train high-potential talents.
Certified ISO 9001:2015 in 2023 and ranked among the top 10 Business Schools in Africa by Eduniversal, ESAA offers innovative training programs based on reverse-engineering, specifically designed for professionals.
The school benefits from a wide network of high-level partners from various sectors, supported by a faculty and trainers of national and international renown and expertise.
ESAA is a responsible school committed to a Corporate Social Responsibility approach, dedicated to developing the country’s managerial capacity while also training responsible managers.

Our Missions
The ESAA’s mission is to:
- Provide degree programs in management across all university degrees and curricula in management for students from higher education institutions and recent graduates from higher education;
- Offer professional training programs (MBA, Executive MBA, continuous education) for active professionals;
- Establish a documentary and educational resource center aimed at contributing to the training of trainers and the dissemination of knowledge within Algerian higher education institutions.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach
ESAA implements its CSR approach through associative projects led by its students :
ESAA Grands Frères : Aims to develop values of sharing and kindness towards society (free tutoring for neighborhood students…).
ESAA Sport and Well-being : Promotes well-being and health through sports.
ESAA Responsible : Focuses on environmental protection and waste reduction (electricity/water consumption reduction, zero paper policy, reforestation operation – Green Day…).
ESAA Art : Promotes art and culture within the school, encouraging young people to develop their artistic skills (exhibition workshops, film screenings…
