A high-level program for high-potential executives, “a career accelerator”
The ESAA MBA is a high-level program for high-potential executives. It allows them to share experiences and develop the knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills required to evolve within their company and take on new responsibilities.
This program is part of an accreditation process according to international standards; enabling participants to face the challenges of the socio-economic world.
EMBA Program Highlights
- A total of 572 hours of courses, divided into 28 modules over a period of 18 months
- A part-time program
- Teaching in seminar mode of two to three days (Thursday, Friday and/or Saturday) every 21 days, according to a schedule allowing the exercise of an activity professional in parallel
- An active educational approach (new technologies, interaction, case studies, real-life situations, etc.)
- A personal and professional network strengthened thanks to participants from multiple backgrounds and their belonging to the ESAA Alumni community.

Program
The MBA program consists of two phases:
- The first phase aims to develop fundamental and transversal skills. It includes fundamental and technical courses which help to understand the functioning of the company, its ecosystem as well as the mastery of management tools.
- The second phase, entitled globalization and consultancy project, includes courses with an international dimension and the realization of an individual consultancy project (PSI).
