The security of information systems and data is now a crucial issue. Cyber ​​threats are increasingly sophisticated and widespread. Public institutions, businesses, and critical infrastructures must face these new challenges.

The Algerian Higher School of Business – ESAA, as well as an active player in its ecosystem, is part of this approach by launching “MBA in Cyber ​​Security Management” in collaboration with CYBEARS.

This program will enable stakeholders at different levels in the field of cybersecurity to acquire essential skills such as risk management, protection against cyberattacks, compliance with security standards, and incident response strategies.

Training aims

Understanding of legal and ethical frameworks: Deepen understanding of the legal implications and ethics related to security operations, a key element to act in accordance with international standards.

Mastery of risk assessment and management: train in methodologies to identify, evaluate and effectively manage security risks.

Integrating Technology into Security: Learning to integrate and use advanced technologies such as strategic lever to support and optimize operations of security.

Leadership Development and Team Management: Cultivate leadership skills and acquire the tools necessary to manage and motivate security teams,focusing on teamwork and communication effective operation.

Development of in-depth expertise: Acquire advanced knowledge in the field of management security, essential for navigating the complexities of the sector.

Understanding the global security landscape: Explore the dynamics of the security landscape at scale worldwide and the specific challenges linked to the operations of international security.

Regulatory Compliance: Prepare to take on responsibilities in accordance with article 41 of chapter 4 of thePresidential Decree No. 20-05, by acquiring knowledge necessary steps to be designated as responsibleof the security of information systems, thus ensuring the compliance and integrity of operations.

Program

  • The MBA in Cyber Security Management is structured around three axes, academic, technical and managerial
  • Duration: 511 hours of courses taught in 18 months, bringing together 15 modules
  • Alternative program: three days of classes Thursday, Friday, Saturday every three weeks
  • End-of-course consultancy project aimed at mobilizing training acquired

Be a qualified teacher higher or equivalent (bac +3)
